At. St. Victor, we know children thrive when they feel safe, supported, and celebrated. From the first day, our community wraps each student in care:
Strong relationships - teachers know each child as a learner and as a person.
The buddy system builds friendships across grades and nurtures leadership.
Daily prayer and weekly faith celebrations root students in Christ’s love.
Traditions and community events give every child a sense of belonging.

What It Means to Be a Charger
Belonging is at the heart of everything we do. Our teachers build meaningful relationships with each student, ensuring every child feels known and cared for. Traditions like morning prayer, our buddy program, and schoolwide celebrations connect students across grades and create lasting friendships. In this environment of trust and encouragement, students are free to take risks, discover their gifts, and grow into the leaders they are meant to be.

Faith Families: Every student is placed in a Faith Family, a small group with students from every grade. These multi-age groups gather for prayer, activities, and service projects—helping younger students feel supported while giving older students the chance to lead with compassion and care.
Cross-grade friendships: By building relationships beyond their own classrooms, students develop confidence, empathy, and communication skills. Younger children gain role models, and older students learn to mentor, guide, and encourage.
Leadership through responsibility: Opportunities like Faith Families, student council, and classroom helpers allow older students to step into leadership roles—practicing patience, teamwork, and integrity as they support their younger peers.
A lifelong sense of belonging: The bonds students form at St. Victor often last well beyond graduation. Many alumni return as parents, entrusting us with their own children because of the community that helped shape them.
